Tool: xTimeline
Requirements: Internet-connected computer
Cost: Free
This web-based application lets individuals or groups create public or private timelines and then embed them on a web page.
The example on the right is a timeline I started as a project planning timeline for this wiki. As I was creating it, I noticed that each item in the timeline can have it's own tags and each item can have just a start date or a start and end date. This is a fabulous easy tool to use to plot out any dates, events, projects, etc.
