Tool: VoiceThread

Requirements: Computer w/ Internet Access to upload content; microphone or web cam to add voice or video comments

Cost: Free

 

VoiceThread allows you to upload many types of digital content (ppt slides, images, documents, etc.) and share them.  When shared, people can view the VoiceThread and make text, voice, or video comments as well as annotate the content with drawing tools.
