Google Reader is a tools that lets you subscribe to, and easily manage, all your RSS subscriptions in one place.  It handles different RSS formats so that you can see video feeds, listen to audio feeds, and even read all those text feeds!  This is a great time saver because, with Google Reader, you only have to go to one site to read, listen to, and view, all the updated content from any site you follow.
