Tool: EyeJot

Requirements: Camera w/ Internet, web cam, microphone

Cost: Free

Sending and receiving video messages via email or website is easy with EyeJot.  This tool not only makes it easy for you to record messages, it also has a great system for keeping track of all the messages you've sent or received! It also lets you suscribe the messages using iTunes (making it really really simple to do vodcasting!) I can really see this as a very handy tool for building community and providing feedback.
